The Hotel-Condominium is a 23-story, high-rise in the downtown Gaslamp Quarter of San Diego. It combined a site remnant – the Jessop’s Jewelry Shop façade -- with an adjacent three-story, concrete building and a small unexcavated, urban infill site of 10,000 SF. The boutique hotel was initially entitled with 19 stories; in its second phase the top 5 stories were added to and reimagined with larger condominium suites. The project contains 161 rooms/suites, conference, banquet and restaurant facilities and a rooftop pool and bar.
