This Mixed-Use development consists of 57 apartments, 10,000 SF of retail space and below-grade parking in the Alphabet Historic District. The project’s urban goals include developing strong ties to the neighboring fabric in scale and texture and protecting the Heritage Elm tree. The scheme unifies both street and interior-facing retail with outdoor spaces. Generous studios and one/two-bedrooms units merge indoor and outdoor living with large windows and balconies. Interiors include light-filled living areas, kitchens with islands and entry/bedroom casework for immediate tenant occupancy. Resident amenities include a spacious meet and greet lobby, interior bike and dog-washing facilities, a second-floor community deck and parking. The project is certified LEED for Homes, Multi-family 2010, Platinum.
